CLAMP are my absolute favourite mangaka. I consider their work to be as close to
perfection as humans can get. ^^;; The only oter mangaka who is as good is, in
my opinion, Sumomo Yumeka (she drew the Hoshi No Koe manga under the pseudonym
Sahara Mizu).
Kubo Tite, Kaori Yuki, Mori Kaoru, Ashinano Hitoshi and others, while they might
be really, really good, never quite reach the level of CLAMP and Sumomo Yumeka.

I DISLIKE clamp very much because I've never like their stories! I dislike the
characters too... They maybe cute, but I've never liked their style. But, I know
that clamp's artworks are great. I think that the most important part of manga
or anime is the story...

time to comment on them =) And thanks for the advice too! The thing is that I
did put a shadow under the nose, but when I did, it looked like she had
something hanging so I
decided to take it off, but I'll bear it in mind in my next try And
well, I didn't use a direct reference, I was just browsing a magazine and the
idea just came to my mind, because I wanted to keep it simple I decided to make
a close up of a normal pose (at least for models XP ) And usually if I have any
doubts about a pose I ask my sis to perform that pose for me
oh! And you are right, in my blooming dance drawing the black parts are just to
black but that's my scanner fault
it doesn't seem to find a way to scan everything right
(or maybe it's my fault for not finding the right color
)
So you use Painter! Damn I need to get Painter >.> Everyone with painter
seem to do such pretty things! ^^ you do have such great artworks! And i wish I
had a tablet too well,

mmm, well about the hand thing I pointed out, well, it's difficult to explain
for me, the arm seems too rigid. maybe if you move the wrist a bit and lower the
hand, and change a bit the position of the fingers ... mmmm.... I'm bad
